DYAS absorption

a plywood containing a special layer of a technical rubber approximately 3 mm thick, which absorbs noise and vibrations. This plywood finds its use especially in a production of vehicles for the public transport - mainly for floorings, walls and decks. Its particular properties contribute to a greater comfort of the passengers.

DYAS absorption

is a health harmless plywood complying with the A (El) Class of formaldehyde escape according to ČSN EN 1084 norm - by the method of gas analysis.

Airborne sound insulation:

Tested according to ČSN EN ISO 140-3 and ČSN EN ISO 717-1.

Applications:

Dyas Absorption finds its use especially in a production of vehicles for the public transport, suitable mainly for floorings, walls and decks in trains, buses, trams and metro, contributing to a greater comfort of the passengers.

Quality:

BB/BB and BB/CP with dosed surface. Boards may be produced with a phenolic film on the surface. This special modification is suitable in the areas with a higher humidity.

DYAS frame

The initial semi product for frame laths is a layered pressed wood made of beech veneers which are 1,5mm thick. Unlike plywood, nearly all veneers have the same grain flow. By this, a high bending strength is achieved in the grain direction. After being processed, plywood boards are cut into frame laths of requested dimensions. Laths are used for the production of bed frames.

is ordinarily sanded with grain 60, which is a basic sanding along with calibration
